Industrial research and prototype development activities will be estabilished through management techniques based on business models, such as business process reenginnering (BPR), data monitoring and strategic balanced scorecard.
Managing sea-land logistic processes through innovative ICT systems
The project aims to technological explicitation of ICT innovation solutions in port and freight village logistics. The aims are reflected in specific prototype products, that can be used/implemented and commercialized in other industries.
